In A Word Or 2 was the third single to be released from Monie Love's album In A Word Or 2, and was released worldwide two and a half months after the album. 

The single contained remixes of the track In A Word Or 2, co-written, produced and largely performed by Prince. The single was released in a few configurations, some of which included a non-album double a-side, The Power and some which included a double a-side of Wheel Of Fortune, taken from the album (neither of these included input by Prince).
